MTV Video Music Awards

Mike and I look forward to the video awards every year and I have to blog about it because it SUCKED!!! It was the worst award shows I have ever seen! Even the camera angles were bad and who even notices the camera angles unless they SUCK!! The night was hosted by Diddy, yes I said Diddy cuz he had ANOTHER name change, apparently P. Diddy was just too long. The MTV awards, along with all other award shows, show celebrity's in the crowd laughing, clapping, etc... Well we saw Usher, Kanye West, Jay Z, Usher, more Usher, Kanye, Usher, Kanye, and a bit more Usher ALL NIGHT! It was so ridiculously annoying, and then when I complained about seeing Kanye for the 20th time, a Pepsi commercial featuring Kanye came on my screen. Diddy was acually an ok host, he did a skit that was funny about his name change but MTV ^&*%^&% it up they showed pictures that went along with it but never showed them up close, you could barely make them out and I have a decent sized tv!

The absolute worst performance of the night was (child pornographer) R. Kelley. I have no clue how people can like this guy! He sang, oops I meant lip synched a really weird song about an encounter between a cheating wife named Kathy, her cheating husband Rufus, and his boyfriend Chuck. "Then Kathy says, 'Rufus!'/Rufus says, 'Kathy!'/Chuck says, 'Rufus!'/Rufus says, 'Chuck!'/Then Kathy grabs Rufus." It went on like that FOREVER!!!

I have to say enough with the dead rapper tributes, you can do them the year they die and then ENOUGH! Biggie is dead, it was sad and tragic, we honored him, DONE ALREADY!

I don't know if I can say anything else, it was just so bad.
