I meant to post this when I fist saw it but forgot about it until today. In Flint we have a local free newspaper called The Uncommon Sense. The have a article every week called the i-sore of the month. It usally features run down buildings and houses with landlord contact information but in June it featured the new Walmart in Grand Blanc - a city about 15 min south of Flint.
