What a busy weekend!! I found out the day before Thanksgiving that my Dad got a job in Vegas and had to leave right away - actually yesterday!! We weren't going to go there for Thanksgiving because both my Dad and Grandma smoke and I didn't want to be around it but since he was moving and probably won't be back for at least a year we changed our plans. They smoked on the sun porch so I didn't really smell it too much so it wasn't too bad!!

The pregnancy is going good - I am 16 weeks now. We had an appointment with our midwife - Kate on Saturday and heard the baby's heartbeat again. I am still having trouble keeping food down but it is tolerable now compared to what it was before. I have lost 18lbs so far. I am hoping that stops. I am overweight now so it is not a huge deal that I have lost so much but I don't think it is a good idea that the weight keeps coming off.

The kitten in the picture down below is the one we decided to keep. I let Jacob pick which one since I couldn't choose!!
