I am sitting here right now wondering if this baby is ever going to stop kicking me!! I swear it has been 3 days straight. It will kick for a while right when I go to bed but luckily it hasn't been keeping me up all night. Jacob and I are recovering from what I think was the flu. I got sick last Tuesday and Jacob on Friday. His school was closed on Monday and Tuesday due to the cold weather. I have never seen so many school closings! Every school in the county was closed. He didn't go to school today because he still has a bad cough and his lips are cracked and keep bleeding I just didn't feel ok with sending him.

I have been knitting again - finally!! I made myself a scarf and a hat that I think Jacob is going to steal from me. He has been wearing it all day. I am out of the yarn I used to make it so I can't make him one yet. It was my first hat and I am surprised at how easy it was to make. Total it took me less than 3 hrs. I will post pictures of it later.
